1. We received a notification that 9/8 an off-campus person (about 40-50 years old, male) walked into the Lixing campus topless last night. The SOS kiosk of the Academy of Sciences triggered the alarm, and then went to the basement of the Xiuqi Building. After being dissuaded by the security at the door and the patrolling colleagues of the police force, they left the campus.
2. This case has been notified to the police station in the jurisdiction to strengthen security inspections around the campus, and once again remind teachers and students that in the event of an emergency on campus, the emergency rescue measures are as follows:

3. All units are requested to help inform their teachers and students. If any abnormality is found, please report to the School Safety Center (55555) and the Police Force (66666) immediately, so as to provide timely assistance and disposal.
